Return Policy - 45-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

At Oumurs, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any unused product within 45 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions and Explanations

1. Shipping Fee

If you want to return or exchange an item with no quality issues, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Please note, if the purchased part does not fit due to failure in checking the Fitment information carefully, you will also bear the cost of return shipping. However, if we provide incorrect Fitment information, we will bear the cost.

2. Product Issues

If you receive an incorrect item or the product has quality issues, we will process exchange or return requests within 3 business days. Since it is our fault, we will bear the cost of returning the goods. However, please follow the return standards to ensure that the items are in new condition and do not affect their resale.

3. Out-of-Stock Items

In case the product you ordered cannot be delivered on time due to inventory shortages, we will contact you via email. You may choose to wait for the stock to arrive or request a refund.

4. PayPal Issues

If your PayPal account name and address do not match the name and delivery address on your order, we will send you an email for verification. If we do not receive a response from you within 3 business days, we will automatically refund your order.

1. Reach out to the Amazon seller to confirm if returning your order is necessary. If a return is needed, proceed with the steps below.

2. Visit your Amazon orders page and locate the order to be returned.

Click on the 'Return or Replace Items' icon.

3. Select the reason for the return and submit the return request.

4. Amazon or the seller will provide further instructions for the return. If a return number is given, please write it on the shipping label area.
