Certification & Safety Standards
Is the helmet DOT certified, ECE certified, or both? What's the difference?
Check the specific product page - this varies by model and is stated in the title and selling points, along with the certification mark location on the helmet itself.
DOT (FMVSS 218) is the US legal minimum; manufacturers self-certify and the DOT spot-checks compliance. ECE 22.06 is independently lab-tested and covers a wider range of impacts.
Do your bike helmets meet U.S. safety standards?

What's the difference between CE Level 1 and CE Level 2 armor?

30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and accessories included.
My item arrived damaged - what do I do?
Contact us within 30 days with photos of the item and packaging - this is the official path to a replacement.
What does the OUMURS warranty cover?
